The moment you walk into the courtyard, the vibrant, lush landscaping instantly makes you feel a cozy, “at-home” comfort. Interestingly, the vast majority of Seoul residents live in modern high-rise apartments. Because apartment living is the norm, locals in Seoul find an incredibly romantic, nostalgic charm in these beautifully renovated, old brick-and-mortar houses turned into cafes.
