Healing with a View: Top 3 Busan Ocean-View Cafes
When I travel to Busan, visiting the perfect cafe is a top priority. Since I don’t get to visit the city that often, there’s nothing more healing than sitting in a cafe with a panoramic ocean view and just staring at the blue sea for as long as I want.
That’s why today, I’ve carefully selected 3 must-visit cafes in Busan to recommend. Each of these spots has a completely different atmosphere and concept, so feel free to pick the one that suits your style—and don’t forget to “pin” them on your Google Maps! ;)

Cabinet de Poissons: A Private Morning Escape
Located within the luxurious Ananti Cove in Gijang, <Cabinet de Poissons> is a hidden gem at the end of a beautiful coastal trail.
A quick tip for travelers: You might see it listed as “Closed” on Google Maps because the art gallery section has paused its operations. However, according to the official Ananti website, the cafe is still open and welcoming guests! (2026. 5)

Every year, my family and our close friends make it a tradition to visit this spot. We even skip the fancy hotel breakfast just to take a morning stroll along the coastline to reach this cafe. While the menu is simple—mostly bread and coffee—sharing a meal here while gazing at the vast, open ocean makes for the most perfect morning imaginable.

One of the best things about this place is its accessibility; you don’t have to be a guest at the resort to enjoy it. While most ocean-view cafes in Busan can get quite crowded, this spot feels much more private and serene. Since it’s a hotel cafe, the prices might be a bit higher than your average coffee shop, but the peaceful atmosphere and the premium view are worth every penny. ;)

A Heart Full of the Ocean
Every time I visit, I leave with my heart completely full. The panoramic view here is more than just a sight—it feels like a precious gift from nature. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly recharge your soul while staring at the infinite blue, this is it. You’ll go home feeling light, refreshed, and carry a piece of the Busan sea within you.
How to Find This Hidden Path
You can find <Cabinet de Poissons> on the first floor of the Ananti Cove Penthouse. Look for the automatic door entrance right next to ‘La Mer & Owner’s Pool.’ Once you step through, you’ll discover the stunning coastal trail of Ananti Cove that leads you straight to the ocean’s embrace. It’s a short, scenic walk that builds up the perfect anticipation before you reach the cafe!

Cafe Hanok: A Serene Traditional Escape in the Mountains
After soaking in the ocean views, why not head into the tranquil mountains? Our next stop is Cafe Hanok (하녹). The name is a phonetic spelling of “Hanok,” which refers to a traditional Korean house. This cafe is a grand, mansion-style Hanok set on a vast plot of land, beautifully preserving the elegance of Korean architecture.

We visited on a weekday, so it was quite peaceful and quiet. I’ve heard it can get busy on weekends, but the outdoor area is spacious with plenty of seating tucked away in various corners, so you shouldn’t have too much trouble finding a cozy spot.

You can sit on a Pyeongsang (a traditional low wooden platform) to feel the gentle mountain breeze while savoring traditional Korean desserts. I also recommend taking a moment to appreciate the craftsmanship of the Soban—small, traditional Korean tray-tables. Enjoying your drink on such a beautifully crafted piece of history truly completes the experience!

A Moment of Reflection: The Scent of Wood and Silence
Stepping into this Hanok after experiencing the modern luxury of Ananti offers a completely different kind of peace. I highly recommend taking a deep breath of the rich scent of old wood and embracing the quiet atmosphere here.
Busan is a city of constant movement and energy, but taking a moment here to reflect on your journey can be the most rewarding part of the trip. It’s a chance to slow down, let the memories of the ocean breeze and delicious food sink in, and make the lingering aftertaste of Busan stay with you even longer.

Snoopy Place Busan: A Cute Attack on Your Heart!
The final stop on our cafe tour isn’t about luxury or tradition—it’s about a full-on “cute attack!” At <Snoopy Place Busan>, your heart might actually skip a beat from the sheer adorableness of it all. ^^

I was genuinely shocked by how they managed to make every single dessert and drink so incredibly cute. How is it even possible to eat something this charming?

But it’s not just about the food. The entire space is filled with the Peanuts gang, and every little quote scattered around the cafe touched my heart. Reading those simple yet profound words of wisdom while surrounded by Snoopy and his friends made me feel so happy and warm inside. It’s a place that truly heals you with kindness and nostalgia.
Which One is Your Perfect Match?
Among these three cafes, each with its own unique charm, which one captures your heart the most?
Is it the luxurious ocean-view of Ananti? The serene, traditional healing in the mountains? Or the irresistible cutenessthat attacks your heart? Whichever you choose, I hope it becomes another unforgettable spot in your travel memories. ;)
